Requirements:

Fee simple homes only, No Leasehold/Hawaiian Homes - Minimum line amount $10,000 Maximum line amount $500,000 (1st mortgage) - $250,000 (2nd mortgage) You must carry insurance on the property that secures this plan. If the property is located in a Special Flood Hazard Area we will require you to obtain flood insurance.

Terms:

5-year draw period, initial draw is $3,000. Minimum draw thereafter is $1,000 Early closure penalty within 24 months will apply. ¹ Interest will accrue from date of first draw. ¹ ¹All other terms & requirements aside from the PV purchase apply to our regular Home Equity Loans.
